Friction Is a Teacher
Not all resistance is inefficiency. Some of it is reality telling you where the truth lives.
Everyone wants to remove friction.
And to be fair, a lot of friction is waste. Bad process. Repeated admin. Broken systems. That kind of drag deserves to die.
But some friction is not waste. Some friction is signal.
The hard conversation you keep avoiding. The idea that still feels thin when you try to explain it. The workflow that breaks the second a real human touches it.
Those are not always bugs. Sometimes they are teachers.
